Please read these terms carefully before booking through our platform

1. About Us

Maldives Holiday Experts ("Company", "we", "our", "us") operates an online B2B2C travel marketplace that connects customers with independent transfer service providers in the Republic of Maldives.

We act as an intermediary platform only. Speedboat transfers are operated by third-party suppliers.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation via email or official message.
  • Customers must provide accurate arrival/departure details (flight number, arrival time, resort name, contact details).
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in missed transfers, and the Company shall not be liable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Unless otherwise stated, payment is Cash on Arrival.
  • Payment must be made directly to the assigned transfer provider or authorized representative.
  • Currency: USD unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to pay may result in refusal of service.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled transfer time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% charge may apply.
  • No-shows: 100% charge applies.
  • Flight delays must be immediately communicated to avoid cancellation charges.

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes requested more than 24 hours before transfer are free (subject to availability).
  • Changes within 24 hours are subject to approval and possible charges.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Transfers may be affected by weather conditions, government restrictions, Coast Guard regulations, mechanical issues, or sea conditions.

Maldives Holiday Experts is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act only as a booking platform.
  • The actual transfer service is provided by independent suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage caused by suppliers.
  • Customers participate in marine transfers at their own risk.

8. Safety & Conduct

  • Customers must follow crew instructions.
  • Intoxicated or disruptive passengers may be refused boarding.
  • Life jackets must be worn if instructed.

9. Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Company does not provide personal travel insurance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
